Winter Clinic
Who: Girls in Grades 1 through 8
What: Eight week long indoor lacrosse clinic focussing on stick skills and basics of lacrosse.
Where: Fulmar Road Elementary
When: Second week of January to the second week of March.
Equipment Needed: A Girls Lacrosse stick and Mouth Guard.  Eye Protection will be provided.
Cost: $60
Registration: Online during the month of January or on the first night of the clinic.
Snow: If school closes on the day of the clinic the clinic is cancelled for that day.






Spring Season

Kindergarten Clinic

Who: Girls in Kindergaten
What: A once per week clinic for girls that focuses on the basics of lacrosse with an emphasis on creating a positive and fun early lacrosse experience.  All participants will recieve a fiddle stick with registration.
Where: Mahopac High School
When: The end of March to the middle of June
Equipment Needed: Cleats.  A stick and eye protection will be provided.
Cost: $70
Registration: Online during the month of February or in person three days in early February at the Mahopac Public Library.

First and Second Grade Clinic
Who: Girls in First or Second Grade
What: A twice per week clinic for girls that focuses on the basics of lacrosse with an emphasis on creating a positive and fun early lacrosse experience. 
Where: Mahopac High School
When: The end of March to the middle of June
Equipment Needed: A Girls Lacrosse stick, Cleats, and a Mouth Guard.  Eye Protection will be provided.
Cost: $70
Registration: Online during the month of February or in person three days in early February at the Mahopac Public Library.


Third and Fourth Grade Travel Teams
Who: Girls in Third or Fourth Grade
What: Team will meet twice per week for practices and games.  The schedule will consist of about 8-10 games at home or traveling to neighboring towns (Brewster, Carmel, Katonah, North Salem, Putnam Valley, Shrub Oak, Somers, and Yorktown).
Where: Mahopac High School
When: The end of March to the middle of June
Equipment Needed: A Girls Lacrosse stick, Cleats, and a Mouth Guard.  Eye Protection will be provided.
Cost: $130
Registration: Online during the month of February or in person three days in early February at the Mahopac Public Library.


Fifth and Sixth Grade Travel Teams
Who: Girls in Fifth or Sixth Grade
What: Team will meet three times per week for practices and games.  The schedule will consist of about 10-12 games at home or traveling to neighboring towns (Brewster, Carmel, Katonah, North Salem, Putnam Valley, Shrub Oak, Somers, and Yorktown).

Summer Camp
Who: Girls in Grades K through 8
What: Four evening summer camp that focuses on develping your child as a lacrosse player.   
Where: Mahopac Middle School
When: Monday to Thursday of the last week in June from 4pm to 8pm.  Raindate is on Friday.
Equipment Needed: A Girls Lacrosse Stick, Cleats, and Mouth Guard.  Eye Protection will be provided.
Cost: $120
Registration: Online during the first week of January or on the first night of the clinic.






Fall Clinic
Who: Girls in Grades 1 through 8

US Lacrosse
All girls who would like to participate in our programs must be current members of US Lacrosse for the duration of the program they are enrolling.  This can be done through a credit card payment of $25 before MSA registraion online or by credit card payment at any of our library registration days.  For more information on US Lacrosse go to www.uslacrosse.org
